...Really :) There`s a lot of lights and sounds there in the evening city: cars are passing by, birds are swinging high in the sky, couples are enjoying the evening air. It seems that everything is perfect there ...in the city of "Blinding Lights".
Question: Why blinding?
Answer: Cause if you get into details of every process of this evening, you`ll get the final answer yourself. I`ll be a pessimist to your eyes, if you go on with detailing all these. But see, there`s a little difference between my pessimism and the reality surrounding all of you.
If you could have my eyes and watch through them like me, you`ll see instead of passing cars - taxis, with a hurrying man in it. He is out of time getting home to prove his heart`s annoying concern growing inside of him. He doesn`t want to believe that she could ever let someone else into her life. The existence of a nervous driver, always speaking about a better life in his past, makes that man go crazy to get out of the car as soon as possible.
Or, have a look at that bird, flying as fast as it can, to get to its group and not to be the only white among black ones. But it`s higher than its power, it is sick enough to fly on. It needs some support, it can`t fly higher alone. So finally it will have to move on, but with a heavy wings of killing loneliness. Think a little further. What will happen to the lonely bird in the end: winter will come soon, and afterwards hunger will also come holding hands with cold bringing the poor bird closer to death there, high in the skies.
OMG, the couple!!! The couple is the main reason why I`d better name this city full of blinding lights. Look at that "happy" couple: they are smiling, laughing... but, uh, H-E-R hand! Oh her hand is trying to turn off the phone to avoid the call from some one aside, to cancel her current life and to start a new relation, a new way of lying, a new hope from H-I-M. Look at his eyes. They drive her crazy. But see, every minute he turn his head and, through that eyes, he is looking for a GUY, to enjoy with him the time after the date with her. He`ll never tell about hid second part of nature to her. Cause he is sure she`ll never understand him. She loves her too egoistically to accept another part of him. She needs the happiness and hope that could be next to him. She did not fight so long to share the victory with someone else. But the feeling that makes her boyfriend mad and it eats him inside bit by bit, never to leave him, moreover, it`s going to raise above him and destroy their "happy'' future.
Camera flashes - everywhere! Only a similar photo, taken by that foreigner, can fix and show the beauty of that lights, birds and couples in the city, where only me can see that all is false and just like a theater, played suddenly, without a screenplay written especially for it earlier in my city of blinding lights.
